ABOUT
The View From the E-Suite Women’s Professional Empowerment Symposium is intended to
provide women with the tools needed to take control of their professional lives, resulting in
increased satisfaction and engagement. This multicultural symposium is designed for professional women at the middle management level or higher, who have committed to reclaiming control of their careers – through career advancement, career change, or entrepreneurship.
The 2-day event includes opening and closing plenaries, senior leader lunch discussions, 12 hours of interactive workshops, and opportunities for networking. Unique to this Women’s Professional Empowerment Symposium, we have organized two break out tracks – career change / advancement, and entrepreneurial / business acumen – to support attendees’ professional goals.
Additionally, we include a Professional Empowerment Suite – which offers related laser coaching
and consulting services, including career, resume and interview coaching, business coaching, and business strategy consulting, and image consulting – and an exhibitor hall to showcase sponsors and allow for on-site networking and interviews.
Erica M. Roberts is a decorated executive with notable accomplishments, leading change in the public and non-profit sectors. She believes that her 20+ years career experiences
were part of a greater assignment, intended to prepare her to teach others to advance or change their professional paths.
Erica created and designed the E-Suite Academy and View from the E-Suite Women’s Professional Empowerment Symposium to help women who were dissatisfied with their careers, as well as aspiring entrepreneurs, to reclaim their passion and make their “work” work for them. Through coaching and training, she guides high potential clients through a proven process to identify and pursue meaningful career paths.

Pathways to Excellence, Incorporated is a Maryland-based nonprofit with a mission to provide charitable and educational programming and resources to advance educational, professional and developmental opportunities among underrepresented populations.
Established in 2016, X Is Possible, LLC is a small, Minority and Woman Owned, personal and professional development company providing organizational and employee development services, including strategic planning and facilitation, executive and career coaching, and management training. X Is Possible, LLC offers management consulting and organizational development services to government agencies, nonprofit organizations and socially responsible corporations.

Women who have registered for and/or completed the E-Suite Academy’s Breakthrough Bootcamp, Career Transition for the Empowered Career Woman, or E-Suite Entrepreneurs Lean StartUp Mastermind receive a complimentary registration.
No. The business/entrepreneurship day features specific tracks for new/aspiring entrepreneurs AND existing/growing entrepreneurs. However, the lessons in business acumen are relevant for any career woman.
Yes. In the Professional Empowerment Suite, you will have access to coaches and consultants who have been vetted to support E-Suite Academy programs.

The View From the E-Suite: Women’s Professional Empowerment Symposium is intended to nurture your growth and learning. To that end, you should dress to be comfortable and in a way that accurately reflects you. Most attendees will wear business professional or business casual attire, and comfortable shoes. We encourage you to bring a sweater or wrap.
Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to available recorded View From the E-Suite: Women’s Professional Empowerment Symposium for 30 days from the end of the event.

ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
Pathways To Excellence and X Is Possible is dedicated to providing a harassment-free training experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of summit participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any summit venue, including talks. Summit participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the summit [without a refund] at the discretion of the summit organizers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted prior to February 29, 2024 for a full refund. Any cancellations made after February 29, 2024 are non-refundable; however substitutions are accepted through April 1, 2024. Any person who does not attend will be charged the full registration fee. Please submit your written cancellation via email to director@pathways2x.org with a time stamp, attendees full name, order number and registration fee.
Any off-line registrations, to be paid by invoice, that are not paid by April 1, 2024 will result in an automatic cancellation. To process payment on an invoice contact the accounting department on the invoice or send an email to director@pathways2x.org immediately.
