breakthrough breakfast

Set the tone for the day with a Breakthrough Breakfast! Discover elements of positive psychology and mindset as you reflect on your situation, values and traits to visualize the opportunities ahead. Start the day focused on what’s next, whether career enrichment or entrepreneurship.

ACTION: Identify development targets for the day.

A CHARGE TO ACTION

The day’s final session will task you with identifying actions to accelerate your growth.

ACTION: Identify 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day goals; commit to accountability plan (template provided).

empowered pitches

All empowered women in attendance will have the opportunity to deliver your own “empowered pitch” focused on your desired career or business outcomes.

ACTION: Practice and perfect your personal or business pitch (template provided).

A SEAT AT THE TABLE LUNCH AND GROW

One of the primary barriers to women’s professional success is access. Research shows that career women do not have consistent access to senior leader mentors or sponsors. Hear directly from women who’ve earned a seat at the table as they share “real-life” insights on gaining access and achieving success.

professional empowerment suite
